We are proud to announce that Metadataworks has achieved ISO 9001: 2015 certification!

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard that sets out the criteria for a quality management system (QMS) that operates across all company levels. This QMS ensures we can produce high-quality products and services that consistently meet or exceed client requirements and promotes the continual improvement of our practices.

As a start-up, the certification path was challenging due to the steep learning curve and the amount of time and resources needed to refine our quality management system. However, the reward is that we now have an efficient and transparent management system that puts our customers at the centre of everything we do.

In the spirit of the ‘continual improvement’ promoted by ISO 9001, Metadata Consulting is also working towards achieving ISO 27001: 2013 and integrating information security into our quality management system.

PS: Our auditor remarked that Metadata Consulting was one of the most well-prepared companies he had seen at a Stage 1 Audit. Hooray!
